Refund Policy
We appreciate your purchase of EDUAPEX™ courses. Whether our courses are instructor-led or self-paced, we make sure that our users have a positive experience as they explore, evaluate, and buy them. The Refund Policy is subject to terms and limitations, just like any other online transaction. You accept our Terms of Use, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy when you purchase a EDUAPEX™ training course.
Requests for refunds are only accepted within seven days of the course’s purchase if no services, such as LMS access, masterclass sessions, or soft skill lessons, are rendered.
Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training
For self-paced Course-
Request a refund for self-paced learning within seven days of the course’s purchase. If the participant has already logged into the course, the money-back promise is nullified.
No refund will be given for any refund requests made after seven days of the course’s purchase.
Refunds for subsidized or discounted course fees are not available. Changing the course is the only alternative.
Request a refund for instructor-led training within seven days of the purchase, of course.
If the participant has logged into the online course, attended online classrooms, or received recordings for more than one day, the money-back promise is nullified.
For Instructor Led Training-
No refund will be given for any refund requests made after seven days of the course’s purchase.
Discounted or subsidized course fees are not eligible for refunds. Changing the course is the only alternative. Participants who reschedule their batch will not be eligible for a Refund. Refunds are not available if fees are submitted through the education loan process or the Shopse Emi portal.A refund is not available if the cost is paid in installments or if a small sum is paid to secure a seat.
Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training
EDUAPEX™ retains the right to postpone, cancel, or relocate an event due to low attendance, instructor illness, or incidents caused by force majeure (such as earthquakes, floods, unstable political situations, etc.).
If EDUAPEX™ cancels an event, the delegate will receive a 100% refund of the course expenses as long as they request the refund within ten days of the event’s purchase. However, learners or participants will not receive reimbursement for any personal expenses, travel, or logistics. Participants who purchase more than ten days in advance will, of course, be rescheduled to any future classroom batch at no additional cost in the event that Eduapex cancels or postpones the event. If they would rather not attend classroom training, they will be rescheduled to the next live virtual class.
Ten percent of the total price will be subtracted and the remaining amount will be returned to the delegate if they cancel ten business days or more before the event. No reimbursements will be given if a delegate cancels within ten business days (or less) of the event.Participants who are unable to attend both days of the course will not be eligible for any credits or refunds.

Contents of the email should include payment proof, course details and reason for refund.
Refunds: Duplicate payment:
Within ten working days of the customer’s notification, the delegate’s duplicate payment refund will be executed using the original payment method. The terms and conditions of this policy may be changed by Eduapex™ at any time and without prior notice.Note: After Eduapex™ approves the refund request, all refunds will be executed within ten business days.
Caution! Watch out for fraudulent overseas employment agencies, fraud institutes, and phony certifications they may provide. Please contact Eduapex™at 92203 60863 or finance@eduapex.org to verify the legitimacy of the institute and EDUAPEX™ certificate.
